How Our Managed Computer Security Service Works

Getting started should be straightforward. Here is what to expect when you choose User Friendly Security for supported home or business computers.

1. Tell us what you want to protect

Count the computers you want to enroll and note their operating systems. Tell us about servers, phones, tablets, multiple locations or special software before ordering. Monitoring, antivirus, updates and web protection differ across devices and configurations.

2. Choose a device tier and review the terms

Plans cover up to 3, 6, 10, 20 or 50 supported devices. Review the price for your selected tier and any optional services. Current plans bill monthly with a minimum of six monthly payments. A device tier describes computer coverage; it does not make a per-user or per-mailbox add-on cover your entire household or team.

3. Arrange remote installation

We coordinate installation and configuration of the required software. Your computers need an internet connection, and someone with permission to install software must be available. Buying online does not install the software automatically. Protection and monitoring begin after the required setup is complete.
