Level 3 is the complete protection tier: standard RMM services, SentinelOne behavioral endpoint detection and response (EDR), and a 24/7 Managed Detection & Response team. Automated AI protection and trained human analysts work together to detect, investigate, contain and respond to suspicious activity.

What SentinelOne adds

Traditional antivirus is strongest at recognizing known malicious files and websites. SentinelOne also looks at behavior: for example, a program suddenly encrypting many files, launching suspicious scripts or attempting unusual system changes. It does not literally learn your private habits or read your personal documents. It evaluates technical activity and can act when that activity matches a dangerous pattern.

If a hacker gets in

No security product can guarantee every scam, stolen password or remote-access session will be prevented. If an intruder begins using malicious tools or performs behavior identified as dangerous, SentinelOne can help stop the process and isolate the computer while the MDR team investigates and responds. Emergency isolation temporarily interrupts network and internet access on the affected computer.

Who should choose Level 3

Level 3 is recommended for small businesses, high-risk users, remote workers and computers that hold financial, customer, medical or other sensitive information.

Choose coverage for 3 to 50 computers

Select a plan for up to 3, 6, 10, 20 or 50 eligible Windows or Mac computers. Remote onboarding is available across the United States and Canada.
