Terms of Service

User Friendly Security is a customer-facing service operated by User Friendly RMM and Alexander Joyce. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
User Friendly Security provides managed technology and security services for eligible computers, phones, tablets, and other supported devices. Services may include monitoring, security software, patching, diagnostics, web protection, hardware alerts, and related support features described on the applicable product page.
Features and device compatibility may vary by plan, operating system, hardware, location, and third-party provider.
2. Subscription billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify and the applicable subscription provider. The price, device limit, included features, and billing frequency are shown before checkout.
Subscription plans require a minimum of six monthly payments. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable recurring charges for the selected plan and any approved add-ons.
After the six-payment minimum, the subscription continues until canceled according to the cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation after the sixth successful monthly payment through the subscription-management portal or by contacting info@userfriendlyrmm.com.
A cancellation request made before the six-payment minimum does not eliminate the remaining payment obligation. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining access to your email address, installing required software when requested, and keeping supported devices available for service.
You must not use the services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, harassment, or interference with another person’s systems or data.
5. Third-party services
Some features may depend on third-party software, infrastructure, security tools, payment providers, or subscription-management services. Those services may have their own terms and limitations.
6. Service limitations
No security service can guarantee that every threat, outage, data loss, or unauthorized access will be prevented. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and securing your accounts.
7. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, misuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms. Any unpaid amount or applicable minimum-term obligation remains due unless we agree otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, User Friendly Security and User Friendly RMM are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or access resulting from use of the services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this website.
