Choose the right level for every computer

• Level 1 — Managed RMM + Bitdefender: managed antivirus, dangerous-website filtering, computer health monitoring and supported software updates.
• Level 2 — Bitdefender + 24/7 MDR: everything in Level 1, plus trained security analysts who monitor, investigate and respond around the clock.
• Level 3 — SentinelOne AI + 24/7 MDR: behavioral endpoint detection and response, automated containment and a 24/7 human security operations team.

Why customize the protection?

Not every computer carries the same risk. A business owner’s laptop holding financial or customer information may deserve Level 3, employee workstations may fit Level 2, and a lightly used family computer may only need Level 1. You decide online, and User Friendly Security confirms device compatibility and onboarding details before service begins.

Available online for 3, 6 or 10 computers

Custom plans use one consistent volume-discount schedule across Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3: no volume discount for 3 computers, approximately 5% for 6 computers and approximately 7% for 10 computers, measured against each level’s 3-computer per-device rate. The exact discount follows our revised Level 3 pricing so an all-Level-3 custom plan matches the regular Level 3 package: $99.95 for 3, $189.95 for 6 or $309.95 for 10 computers per month. Mixed selections are prorated by the assigned level and rounded to the nearest cent. The exact recurring monthly total is placed in your cart. Custom Level 1 and Level 2 rates may differ from their standard single-level packages.
