Level 1: Managed Computer Security Plans

Level 1 is professionally managed computer protection built around standard RMM and Bitdefender. It covers the everyday essentials for homes, home offices and small businesses across the United States and Canada.

What Level 1 includes

• Managed Bitdefender antivirus: real-time protection against known malware, ransomware and other common threats on eligible computers.
• Dangerous-website filtering: helps block known phishing, malicious and high-risk websites.
• Remote monitoring and management (RMM): automated computer health checks help identify reliability, performance and hardware issues.
• Managed software updates: supported applications receive routine security and maintenance updates.
• Personal remote setup: User Friendly Security coordinates installation and confirms which computers are enrolled.

How the three levels differ

• Level 1: standard RMM, Bitdefender, web filtering and managed updates.
• Level 2: Bitdefender + 24/7 MDR adds human security analysts who monitor, investigate and respond around the clock.
• Level 3: SentinelOne AI + 24/7 MDR replaces the standard endpoint engine with SentinelOne behavioral AI and keeps the 24/7 human response team.

Level 1 does not include endpoint detection and response (EDR) or a 24/7 security operations center.

Choose the number of computers

Select coverage for up to 3, 6, 10, 20 or 50 supported computers. Features vary by operating system and configuration; text us before subscribing if you are unsure whether a device is supported.

Quiet, scheduled maintenance

Routine maintenance is generally scheduled around 2:00 a.m. local device time. A restart occurs only when an update requires it. If a computer is offline, eligible missed work can run after it reconnects without an unexpected automatic restart.

Build a Custom Mix-and-Match Computer Security Plan to assign Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 protection to each computer on one account. Configure 3, 6 or 10 computers online and watch the exact monthly total update as you choose. For a larger mixed account with 20 or more computers, contact us for a custom configuration.

Optional security services

Add Managed Cloud Backup, Enhanced Email Protection, password management, network monitoring or a personalized security consultation whenever you need them.

Billing: recurring monthly subscription with a minimum of six monthly payments. Automated monitoring is separate from human support availability. On-site visits, travel, parts and repair work are billed separately.
