A practical foundation for everyday computer use: managed Bitdefender antivirus, dangerous-website filtering, remote computer health monitoring and supported software updates. We coordinate installation and confirm that your device is enrolled.
Level 1 does not include SentinelOne AI or 24/7 MDR (Managed Detection and Response). Minimum six-payment service total: $179.70, before any applicable taxes or separately selected services.
Level 2 — Bitdefender + 24/7 MDR · $39.95/month
Keep the Level 1 foundation and add 24/7 MDR (Managed Detection and Response): security analysts monitor, investigate and respond to suspicious activity under the agreed response plan. This is the step up for customers who want human security oversight alongside managed Bitdefender.
Level 2 uses Bitdefender, rather than SentinelOne AI. Minimum six-payment service total: $239.70, before any applicable taxes or separately selected services.
Level 3 — SentinelOne AI + 24/7 MDR · $49.95/month
Our highest endpoint security level combines SentinelOne AI behavioral endpoint detection and response with 24/7 MDR (Managed Detection and Response). It includes remote computer health monitoring, supported software updates and dangerous-website filtering. SentinelOne AI evaluates suspicious technical behavior and can help stop malicious activity while security analysts investigate and take authorized response steps.
Level 3 replaces the standard Bitdefender endpoint engine with SentinelOne AI. Minimum six-payment service total: $299.70, before any applicable taxes or separately selected services.
What computer enrollment includes
- Coverage for one supported device per license, with compatibility confirmed before purchase.
- Personal remote onboarding and software installation coordination.
- Remote computer health monitoring and supported software updates.
- Managed endpoint protection and dangerous-website filtering appropriate to the selected level.
- A clear explanation of the enrolled device, coverage and next steps.
How to get started
- Choose Level 1, 2 or 3 above and review the monthly price and six-payment minimum.
- Complete checkout. This is a recurring monthly service, not a one-time software purchase.
- We coordinate remote setup. An internet connection and permission to install the required software are needed. Compatibility, response permissions and escalation contacts are confirmed.
- Protection begins after setup. Your computer must be installed, configured and enrolled before managed coverage is active.
Quiet management, clear boundaries
Routine maintenance is coordinated around your use of the computer. Remote-control sessions require your permission. Security containment may temporarily isolate an affected computer to help limit damage.
24/7 MDR (Managed Detection and Response) refers to security monitoring and response in Levels 2 and 3. It does not mean unlimited repair work or 24/7 general technical support. On-site visits, parts, repair labor and additional troubleshooting may be billed separately.
Optional services
Cloud backup, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup, enhanced email protection and password management are separate services. They are not included automatically in this license. Explore optional protection if you need a recovery copy of your files or additional account and email safeguards.
Questions before you choose?
Is this for one device or one household?
Each license covers one eligible enrolled device. A household with multiple devices needs coverage for each device. Compatibility and available services are confirmed separately for computers and mobile devices.
Can I choose a different level later?
Contact us before making a change so we can confirm the new coverage, price, installation and subscription terms. A new checkout does not automatically replace an existing subscription.
Does this protect my phone or tablet?
A smartphone or tablet requires a mobile compatibility and licensing review before purchase. Tell us the model, operating system and protection you want. The Windows and Mac features listed above are not a promise of equivalent mobile antivirus, SentinelOne AI or MDR (Managed Detection and Response) coverage.
Will this stop every scam?
No service eliminates every threat. Security software, careful account practices and tested backups work together. Recovery depends on the incident, supported features and available backups.
What are the billing terms?
The selected amount is charged monthly with a minimum of six monthly payments. The service continues monthly under the applicable subscription terms after the minimum. Review the checkout terms before subscribing. Manage an existing subscription or contact us for help.
